Originally from Victoria, TX, Ross Henning has been heavily into music all his life. Early on he began singing in church music groups, and even joined a Christian Rock band in his late teens. He began collecting 45 RPM records in his elementary school years, amassing a huge collection by age twelve. Ross gained his initial DJ experience around the age of fourteen, spinning records with a couple of turntables and an old Radio Shack mixer. Later, at around age sixteen, he spent some time as one of the nightly DJs at a teen club where he played eighties music (current at the time) to keep the dance floor full. At nineteen, Ross got his big break in the radio business, as “on air talent” at KTXN in Victoria.

After a stint out of the music business, and a move to the Houston area, Ross renewed his passion for music in 2009 and “Tunes 4 My Party” was born. In addition to music, he has a passion for the latest and greatest audio equipment, and loves to interact with people. He’s a DJ because it’s something he loves, not because he has to be. He’s a natural born ham, but is also the consummate professional.
